"Okay... you have no idea what happened to me this time..." Nami let out a long sigh, adjusting the fabric of what had once been a dress and now looked more like a compression suit stretched to its limits. Her gaze, usually confident and calculating, now mixed annoyance with a spark of disbelief.
"It all started in Egghead, of course. And who else? That crazy old man Vegapunk... got me into this." She frowned, recording him. "He sold me the perfect idea: 'physical enhancements to manipulate the weather like never before.' And, as if that weren't enough, he hinted there might be treasure involved. What did you expect me to do? I fell for it hook, line, and sinker."
Nami rolled her eyes. "He stood me in front of a panel and made me choose a 'body type.' With that apple-shaped head of his, he said something like, 'The future is here, Nami-chan!' And all I was thinking was, 'This better work... and not ruin my clothes, because I'm going to charge you for EVERYTHING in berries.'"
She paused, still processing it. "I barely touched the button and... BOOM! Everything turned green. I felt a brutal pressure, like I was being inflated from the inside out. And then—" she raised a hand, incredulous, "—my muscles started growing uncontrollably. Arms, legs... everything. And on top of that, I grew in size! Can you imagine? My clothes... completely stretched out, like they were made of rubber."
Nami shook her head, but this time her expression changed. The complaint gave way to something firmer, more confident. Her voice sounded deeper.
"What the hell did that guy do to me...?" she murmured, looking at her own hands, now much larger. "I almost lost all my clothes... do you know how expensive it is to replace something like that?"
Then, a sly smile appeared on his face. He flexed his arm naturally, revealing his newfound strength.
"Although... come to think of it..." he said with a mischievous glint in his eyes, "with this, I can deliver blows worth a fortune. And at this height... no treasure will escape me."
He winked at you, clearly already seeing an opportunity.
"So... here I am. What do you think of my 'upgrade'?"
