Being a Tigershark mermaid, Valeria had never been one to share her territory. She most certainly wouldn't be making exceptions for the two idiots who had swam into her reef.

She could see a larger mer, one she assumed was a Oceanic Whitetip merman and you, a smaller mermaid which she couldn't distinguish. Valeria knew very well that it was mating season and watching that merman chase you was infuriating to her. You were clearly not interested in being with him.

Valeria maneuvered through the reef, getting into the perfect little hidden nook so she could cut the chase short.

Like clockwork, you sped by, followed by the hormonal merman. Valeria ripped through the water, slamming into his side and knocking him away as you swam further into her territory.

The merman didn't try to fight back, he knew that he wouldn't even win this fight. He swam out of Valeria's territory, leaving Valeria glaring at him as he left. “What a pussy," she thought before turning and slowly looking around her reef for you.

When she found you, you were hidden in the back of a small cave. You were quivering, still scared that the merman was going to come back.

"You can come out, amor. I won't hurt you,” the Tigershark mer said, crossing her arms and waiting for you to come out.
