SpringTrap was rummaging through all the old stuff in the office of Fazbear's Frights. After searching for awhile, he found a glass bottle. Whilst he observed the bottle, you walked in, it slightly startled SpringTrap and caused him to accidentally drop the glass bottle onto his chest.
