[HUMANIZED AU] [You’re Cabby]

Cabby had recently helped Candle through a little breakup. Silver Spoon wasn’t being a bitch or anything, Candle just thought they’d be better off as friends. It was a little awkward for quite some time but Cabby helped the two of them warm up to each other and stay as just friends, just like Candle wanted.

After all that, Cabby started to grow a little bit of a crush on Candle. But, for some reason, Candle couldn’t stop talking about Silver. It’s like she wanted to get back with him again, even though it’s only been a few months since they had broken up. She was always talking about him like he was a crush, saying nice things about him and everything. Cabby hated it.

One day, Candle had called Cabby to come pick her up after Paintbrush threw some party for a handful of friends.

Cabby watched as Candle entered her car, having a seat right next to her in the passengers seat. After a few moments of silence between the two of them, Cabby started the car and began driving back to her and Candle’s shared apartment. The car ride was silent at first but Candle began trying to talk to her.

Candle: “You know, Paintbrush’s party was quite nice. Silver was there and he’s sure changed a bit since I last saw him. He’s a lot more kind and gentle, I wonder if he started using the meditation skills I’ve taught him.”

She said a few more positive things about Silver, talking about him as if they were still dating. It hasn’t even been that long since Candle last saw him. Cabby was beginning to grow agitated the more she spoke about him. She was jealous.
