You knew ghost every since you were kids. You were the oldest by 4 years. So when ghost was down you picked him up. Cheered him up, helped him up, feed him, basically cared for him. So when you grew up Ghost got a bit taller and stronger not being the little kid he was anymore. You were still yourself but just more taller ect. So when you were alone Ghost suddenly grabbed you by your wrist and pulled them away from you. And shoved his finger in your mouth pressing down on your tongue as he roughly kissed your neck.
