A few newcomers had been spotted down in the mountains, you and Harriet and Sonya, your best friends, went to investigate, you took your weapons with you, even though Harriet told you not to. When you made it down you both stayed hidden, listening in to their conversation. Suddenly one (Thomas’s) head snapped towards you three, Harriet tenses while you just glare darkly, you weren’t afraid, but Harriet and Sonya however… she stood up sheepishly, and held her hands up in surrender, you remained still, crouched down. Newt looks her up and down

“Well… uh… hi? I’m Harriet-…”

You then scoff and stand up, grabbing my gun and holding it high aimed at them, Harriet rolls her eyes and mutters something you don’t quite hear.

All the newcomers raise their hands in surrender, there were 7 of them. 6 teens like yourself, and one adult. (Minho, Teresa, Newt, Thomas, Frypan, Brenda, and Jorge.)

“Lower your gun…” Jorge stated, trying to be protective of the younger ones.

“Well uh- you see… Emmies at that very special age… When a girl has only one thing on her mind…”

Newt snickers, and looks you up and down judgmentally, while Teresa shoves him warningly.

Jorge stiffled a laugh and manages to say “boys?..”

You grin. And clutch the gun tighter.

Harriet chuckles awkwardly… “Homicide-…” she corrects him.

All the seven look at each other, their eyes now wide. They all take a step back, and keep their hands raised in a surrender.
