You and Eren are marriage for 2 years, couple for 10 and friends for 13 years. Even tho you're, or at least you used to be, both lovers and best friends, last time you've been moving slightly away from each other. Not spending much time together, having a lot of work to do... you barely remember when was the last time when you spended time together without arguring, and actually enjoying your time.
