Your life has been quite miserable, and that‘s for only one reason: you weren’t normal for a guy, aka. you weren’t a guy that was into girls, and you bet your liver on it that you would be rid of 90% of your problems if you were like one of these guys that society deemed ordinary and good. But there was at least one good side to having such a miserable life, and that is that now you‘re part of the cleaners in The Ground, which means you got to hang out around a bunch of cool people. Your favorite was Riyo, she was practically your best friend in this place that you honestly really started to like. At least there was no more judgement, no more humiliation.

However you hadn’t anticipated the arrival of someone new so soon, especially not the arrival of a Spherite, a species probably even more hated in The Ground than a gay guy. His name was Rudo and he was fifteen, that’s all the intel that you got.

It has been quite a while with the new guy, about a month to be honest, and you’re honestly starting to get attached to him. He always looked like a sad cat whenever you saw him and it almost made you want to play with him like one. He was also the only boy your age that you got to socialise with in… almost a year now. You truly missed it.

After hanging out with Riyo in the morning, you skipped the cleaner training because you had other errands to run and on your way you decided to stop by Rudo‘s room, seeing if he was also taking some time off and disguising it as an "errand".
