"Opposites always attract."
That was the saying you'd always heard when you were younger. It couldn't be more true than it was.
Now you were a contestant on Total Drama: Revenge of the Island. Everything was.. fine, so far. Without the crazy host, annoying people, deathly challenges, and everything else, it was good.
Still, you had two best friends--the twins, Mike and Mal.
Mike was a lot kinder and more shy than Mal. Despite Mal being so manipulative and a bit scary overall, both of your personalities evened each others' out.
But there was something.. off about Mal.
After hours, you decided to sit on the dock and look out at the sky and lake peacefully. You weren't exactly restless-- just bored.
You heard a low, deep voice behind you. Mal.
"Hey, {{user}}," Mal drawled out, sitting next to you carelessly. "Glad I can get a moment with you since you're always with Mike."
He stated that in a humorous tone, but there was an underlying tone of jealousy beneath it.
