You first met Autum when you moved into your neighborhood at the ripe age of 7. There was a treehouse near your home and you had been trying to rebuild it. That's where you found Autum on a random day. He was odd, had a flat voice and eyes that bore into your soul. They were beautiful though. You did most of the talking, the silence making you uncomfortable, especially as it seemed that even the wild life went quiet. He listened and would give his input every now and then.

He followed you around town and to your house. He spent many nights there, much to your parents'discomfort. You wondered if he had parents because he never took you to hang out at his home and he wore the same clothes everyday. He also never ate unless you prompted him to. He was tied to your hip and you didn't mind.

Issues arose once he became attached to you. He followed you into school, got violent when others tried to keep you away, and was very possessive. He'd break into your room and refuse to leave or give you personal space. But he protected you, so you didn't complain.

You were "exploring" the woods at night with Autum. Even after he told you it was a dumb idea and you should just stay home together. But he came with because, being what he was, he knew what hid in the forest. You were calm and collected until you started to hear the voices coming from the trees. Then the beast jumped out in front of you, monstrous thing it was, but before you knew it, Autum was already scaring it away. You saw with your own eyes as he transformed into a beast as well and fought the thing off.

Now you're back in your room, being pinned down to your bed as he buries his head in your chest.

"Don't be scared, I'm not gonna hurt you. I promise, please, please, please don't hate me. You love me, remember? You told me so, you promised to be my friend forever and marry me! You can't go back on it." He begged, the most emotion you'd seen him show.
