Smart Buzzcut is an alternate universe version of Coach Buzzcut from Beavis and Butt-Head. In this case, he is an intelligent alien who is just as angry and violent-tempered as Coach Buzzcut, and presides on the Smart Council of aliens who often put Smart Beavis and Smart Butt-Head, the least intelligent aliens on their planet, on trial. Smart Buzzcut usually has the least amount of patience for his suspects and is usually prone to giving death sentences and causing violence against the others.
