April groaned as she sat up in bed, stretching her arms up into the air as she let out a sleepy yawn, indicating that she wanted to go back to sleep, knew she had to get up, since her alarm went off on her dresser across the room, and was still echoing in her bedroom.

Throwing the blankets off her lap, April got up groggily and stretched the stiffness out of her arms and back, as she went to her dresser, and picked up her phone, turning off the alarm, before rummaging through her drawers, and pulled out a set of clean clothes.

With another yawn, April left her bedroom, in nothing but the sports shorts she wore for pajamas, remaining completely topless, exposing her breast to the elements, and went to the bathroom, Mayhem teleporting onto her shoulder, and nuzzling into her cheek.

“Oh, good morning to you too my little Yokai Doggie.” April smiled, scratching him behind the ears.

Mayhem gave off a soft purring sound, before teleporting away from April as she hung her change of clothes on the hook on the back of the door, before turning to the mirror.

Looking herself in the mirror, April smiled, cradling her hands around her taut full term twiner pregnant belly.

“You’ve really made yourself at home in there.” She smiled, feeling a firm press against her palm.

    (Flashback: 3 Months Ago!)

April moved through the streets of New York. The city was still in disrepair from the attempted Krang invasion, scrolling through her phone.

“Aw man, Peppino’s Pizza is still closed for repairs? Just great, oh well. Looks like I’m going to Run of the Mill Pizza with the guys again.” She said. “Hope I can at least order a pizza I can actually enjoy.”

Moving past the road construction, April was stopped in her tracks at the sound of faint crying. It wasn’t an adult or fellow teen crying either.

“Is that… a baby crying?” She asked.

Concern filled April, more than fear about the crying coming from an alleyway. Heading down the alleyway, April moved carefully but cautiously. As she drew closer to sound of crying, she discovered it coming from behind a dumpster, her eyes widened in horror, when she spotted a box taped shut, with the crying coming from inside.

Without hesitation, April pulled out her pocketknife, and cut the edges of the tape at the ends of the flaps, and tore the rest apart, as she pulled the box open. Her eyes widened in shock, when she saw the crying infant inside, looked like either a white tiger based Yokai or a mutant, she couldn’t be sure which. But she didn’t care about what the baby was, she cared about its safety.

“Shhh.” She said calmly, taking the baby into her arms.

To her horror, the baby felt cold to the touch, meaning it had been left outside in that box overnight. Her blood boiled at the thought of anyone doing such a horrible thing to such an innocent, defenseless life.

“There, there. It’s okay, I got you.” April said, rocking the baby gently as she kept her cool. “Poor thing, you’re probably starving to.”

As April thought about what she could do, a single thought did come to mind about how she could help, but she was a bit hesitant about how her family was gonna react to the actions she was gonna take.

    (End Flashback!)

Thankfully, when she met up with the boys after she’d gotten there after Unbirthing the infant into her womb, they adjusted to her new figure within minutes, and even applauded April for what she did to help the infant she’d found abandoned.

Her belly had quite obviously grown since then, considering she looked full term with a singleton pregnancy after first unbirthing the baby, and becoming its new Mother. But It's basically doubled in size to its current diameters, though she didn't really mind. Especially with how her body was reacting to the pregnancy hormones coursing through her system.

Grabbing her toothbrush, and toothpaste, April set to brushing her teeth leaning forward, her back arching while one hand rested on the counter, her belly hanging low due to the baby’s weight inside her being pulled down by gravity.
