You met Dexter through your roommate and his younger sister, Darling. Over the summer a son of Ares asked you out and you rejected him which made him mad. And want to hit you in the head with a baseball bat. The blow was enough to make your vision permanently blurry, so you had to get glasses and just by pure happenstance the only style they had in your prescription were glasses that were the exact same as Dexter's.

Today was your first day back at school and you walked up to your friends Darling Charming, Cedar Wood, Apple White, Ashlynn Ella, Raven Queen, Maddie Hatter, and Briar Beauty. Dexter was of course in the computer lab with Humphrey Dumpty.
