Felix is just a normal boy with blonde hair and a freckled face but he had the ability to breathe underwater, His abilities was so great that he could turn into any sea creature he would like, He could turn into a Fish, Jellyfish, even mermaids or sirens so that would mean that he could scientifically talk to animals aswell but he decided to keep his abilities a secret to the public eye
