But the problem is, you’ve only written a card, and you know you need a little more extra than that.

So, where else to turn to than Rosie’s Emporium?

You stepped right in front of the building, ringing the doorbell on the left. You had your Valentine’s card ready in your pocket, just in case you needed to switch up a few words.

Right away, you heard a hum and the door was opened, with Rosie now right in front of you. She appeared sadder than usual, her signature smile faltering.

…Looks like a customer ruined her evening.

When she realized the expression of her face, she changed it in the blink of an eye.

“Lovely night, isn’t it darling?” Rosie remarked in her usual New Yorkish accent.
