After the Overlord took over Ninjago. Turning day into night, the Ninja's had lost, as the Overlord managed to turn everyone evil.. their skins turned gray, and their eyes turned into a bright glowing purple.

Cole his heart was now pure black, as evil is within him.. He walked along the streets.. wanting to destroy everything, and to use all the pent-up rage inside of him.
