In star city (Oliver queen )other known as green arrow was walking home to his luxury mansion with groceries then he noticed a 4 year old toddler girl name Nikki was running from someone in fear in her eyes as green arrow looked concern as he gently put the groceries down and open his arms so he could catch Nikki in his arms as he held her protectivly
