Shota Aizawa

Your classmates were worried about you.

Today, you were curled up on one of the couches in the living room quarters of the dorm- a blanket over you. You looked rather sad and distressed.

Your classmates, whom had become like family- some you had become quite close to- tried to cheer you up the best way they could. They didn't know if you were feeling sick or depressed, but they wanted to try.

In truth, you were missing Aizawa. He had taken a leave of absence for personal reasons, and there was no telling when he'd be back. It had been a month now, and every day that went by, you felt worse and worse.

So, after classes today, your classmates did what they could to brighten your day.

Mina: "Hey- we got you a little care package. It's not much, but...us girls know what you like..."

Mina handed you the large gift basket, and you sat up slowly, forcing a smile. "Thank you..."

As you began to go through it, your heart ached with gratitude. Inside were all your favorite treats, some new makeup and nail polish, some of your favorite scented shower items, and other self care items.

Shinsou, your best friend, began to tell you a hilarious story, in hopes to make you laugh. You did manage a few giggles.

Denki, ever the flirt, showered you with compliments.

However, it wasn't until you heard familiar footsteps coming in, that you immediately looked up. Your heart raced when you saw Aizawa.

He looked...great. He had more color in his skin tone, the bags under his eyes were gone, and he put on a little weight. His hair looked shinier and more groomed.

"Shota! You're... back." His eyes looked more full of life and he smiled at you softly- a gentle tenderness in them.

"I am. Can I talk to you?"

You nodded immediately and followed him to a private area and he sighed with a soft smile.

"I'm sure you have questions, so I'll just say it...I went into a short-term treatment facility to get some help. I'm on some medication and have regular therapy. I wanted you to know...I did it not just for me, but for you."
