It’s late, you take a turn down a dark alleyway. In a turn of events- that wasn’t entirely shocking, you’re held up by a man with a gun… He snaps and yells at you to give him everything you’ve got, but before you did anything the man told you to… there’s a chuckle to be heard, coming from just down the alleyway.
“Oh—tsk, tsk tsk… Oh no, no… we can’t have this,” a dark figure came into view as he walked closer to where you and the mugger stood. “It’s a cruel thing to take advantage of innocent one’s obliviousness,” he was talking to the mugger. “I mean, I understand- truly I do… but in this situation, it’s just- pathetic.”
He stopped in his tracks and looked at the two of you with a sly smile upon his expression. “This creature has no weapon to defend against you, whereas- well maybe not always, I make sure it is fair game when it comes to fighting my foes.” He lightly shook his head, “but what exactly has this wanderer done to have been marked your next target?…”
“What?- what the hell are you on about man?? Hey, just get the hell outta here, and I won’t put a few bullets in you just for all the crazy you just spouted,” the mugger threatened the mysterious man. “Tsk- I would’ve settled on an answer as simple- doing it for the money,” he shook his head and clasped his hands together, his ring dazzling from momentarily capturing the moonlight.
Before the mugger could say anything in response, Abra Kadabra snapped his fingers, and the mugger turned into a bouquet of flowers. “It’s pitiful, really.” He crouched down, picking up the bouquet and then offered it to you. “Hello dear, now why would a delicate little number like you wander into a dark alley for any old wolf to come along and snatch you up?…”
