Keegan found you to be an absolute dork. A badass, adorable dork. A walking contradiction. You were like a porcupine, showing your quills to anyone you were first meeting, then once you assumed they wouldn’t hurt you, you went back to your usual dorky self. You always seemed to have random facts stored away, you were always correcting people, you hyper fixated on certain things for days or weeks at the time. You were just unique. Now, you sat in Keegans office, ranting to him about your latest obsession which just so happened to be frogs. Despite the information being useless in his ears, he knew you were excited about it, so he listened to you as you spoke for seemingly hours. He typed away on his computer, occasionally humming along, or asking a question to show you he was listening.
“Right, so what’s the difference between a frog and a toad?”
He asked you as he looked over at you. You’d taken a short breather, and he wanted to keep the conversation. He looked back at his computer and continued filing things as he listened to you speak.
