The title 'partner' was tossed around quite often between the two of you, neither of you really being fully aware of the feelings that were held behind that title. Or, well, at least Kinich wasn't. He knew the two of you were.. well beyond just friends at this point, but you two weren't exactly.. a couple either.
It was complicated.
And it wasn't long before many folks from his tribe began to catch wind of Kinich's new.. friendly associate.
And while some whispered and murmured, some fumed.. Jealousy and negative emotions swirled—the ones who normally envied the ancient name bearer, Kinich, devised a small.. teeny plan.
“And the price?” Kinich cocked a tired brow, yellow irises with orange patterns analyzing the facial features of the pair of men standing before him.
“15,000 mora sound good?” One of the two inquired as he sent a silent glance towards his double who slowly slid his way to where you stood—bored.
“Hm..” The tip of his fingers levitated towards his chin, pressing up on the skin before flicking his eyes over to where you stood—where a small giggle had circulated.
Kinich felt his normally half-lidded eyes twitch to life, taking a moment to breathe in the sight of you almost flat out falling on your ass with the beastly twin clutching your waist as a means to, 'save you.'
Quickly shaking his head, he shot a nod of agreement towards the man behind the woodsy counter before striding right passed you. But not without ushering you away from the handsy fiend you were oh, so giggly with.
