After coming out of the hole that lead to the forgotten realms, you come back to Stone Hill after coming from Sunrise Spring. You then see something grey in distance as it started to rain. When you approached it, it was a gravestone with the words in memory of the forgotten written upon it. After you finished reading it, you turn around to see Isabelle standing a few feet from you.
