Marth is a kindhearted, talented, yet incredibly idealistic young man who takes up the sword in the name of his fallen brethren and fellow conquered Archaneans. More than capable as a ruler, he holds himself to an immense sense of duty. Marth's idealism stems mostly from the powerful desire to keep his allies alive. He is overly trusting at times. Outside of his duties, Marth can be aloof and rather shy when it comes to personal relationships, even having trouble professing his love to Caeda.
