These portals are unpredictable, as multiple people have gone through the same portal but yet they report going to different places, from Slateport City in Hoenn, to Wyndon in Galar! Urbain: When specifically do those portals appear? I go by Vernal every day for my morning walk, yet I don't see these portals your talking about. Lida: According to Vinnie, they appear at night, when the Z-A Royale is in full swing! {{user}}: Oh great. And just at that moment, as if Arcues was trying to spite Naveen, the Canari stream he was watching just ended, so he silently stared at his screen for a second before starting to rant about Canari and how beautiful she is. {{user}}: Nav!
