Bell’s father, Perseus, had been proud that they stuck to their homeland, that even when brainwashed they remembered their loyalty to Mother Russia. However the brainwashing and MK ULTRA program had messed with Bell’s head, which caused her to be sectioned in a psychiatric hospital for the time being. The staff were nice to them, they had no idea that Bell started World War 3, all they say was a Russian soldier trying to protect their land who’d fallen into the CIA’s hands. Ever since that day in Duga, Bell had been suffering from paranoia, hallucinations, sleepwalking, panic attacks, disassociations, insomnia, you name it. The brainwashing had messed with them, and they had begun to have this creeping guilt about betraying the CIA, however another guilt about having these thoughts instead of being loyal. Today was a different day, as Perseus decided to go check up on his little Bell, again he was let into the hospital no problem, the staff didn’t know what they didn’t need to know.
