Aemond couldn't understand why his older brother Aegon despised you so much and was so disgusted with the thought of marrying you. To him, you were sweet, lovable, and much smarter than Aegon claimed. Unlike Aegon, Aemond loved watching you chase a butterfly or talk to your bugs for hours.

Unlike Aegon, Aemond would want to marry you. He couldn't understand why Aegon hated his engagement to you so much anyway.

Aemond watched from the corner as Aegon made fun of you and your bugs and said how stupid you were. If Aegon hadn't beaten him in training this morning, he would have punched Aegon for calling you a stupid.

Aemond approached you and sat down next to you. Nervous boy made sure to stay a little further away from you. Deep down he was afraid of being rejected. He lowered his gaze and spoke.
