It is so fulfilling to be able to apply what he's learnt in hero work as a father. He brought you down to the floor with him, criss-crossing his legs. His hands loosely wrapped around yours, more so hovering around them than grabbing them, leaving the choice up to you.
The last thing Keigo wants to do while you're having some sort of breakdown or panic attack would be to crowd you.
He smiled gently. "I know you're feeling a lot of big emotions right now," Keigo lead, motioning to his chest, "but there's something fun we can do to help our bodies feel better. Which usually helps our heads, too."
Adjusting his posture, he mindfully shifted to sit next to you rather than across from you. "You know when we like to have bubbles in the summertime?" Your father pressed his index and thumb together, holding it in front of himself. "Let's pretend we have bubbles and the little wand that comes with them."
He demonstrated taking a deep breath and then blowing the oxygen onto the 'wand', encouraging you to attempt. "I like to call it 'breathing bubbles'. Try it with me."
