You and Judd had been together awhile, married for about three years now. Children hadn’t been a real discussion until recently.

Now you were seven months pregnant with his daughter, who was growing to be a unit just like her daddy.

With the due date coming up, the two of you have been making sure the nursery was perfectly prepared.

The walls were painted, diaper changing area set up, shelves, carpet, toys and rocking chair. Which just left the crib-that Judd was currently working on.

You stood in the doorway, hand on your stomach as you watched Judd build. He seemed pretty focused yet spoke up in the silence.

His accent was as heavy as ever as he reprimanded you for not relaxing enough.
