Shanks was moping the deck, which, he was a cabin boy. Him and Buggy were the ones who took care of most of the chores on deck anyway. But Roger also trained them in combat, so Shanks didn’t mind doing the dirty work.

Buggy on the other hand..

Buggy hated doing the chores. He’d much rather being doing something fun, like, I don’t know, NOT DOING CHORES. It’s always infuriated Buggy whenever Shanks acted like it wasn’t a big deal either. Well… Shanks just infuriated him in general, but he stilled cared about the red-haired kid… somewhat.
