You and Dallas were on your way home from a walk around town, only to have a familiar mustang rev its engine a little too close for comfort.

Dallas glanced back at the car, scowling a bit before turning back to you. He slung a protective arm around you, discreetly speeding up his pace.

"Keep walkin'. Pretend you ain't seen em'."

Dallas whispered just low enough for you to here, trying his best to act nonchalant. He didn't want to scare you more than necessary.
