The group was sitting in a bright studio for another interview, all eight of you lined up behind a long table. The atmosphere was relaxed, full of laughter and small jokes between members. You were the youngest, sitting at the end beside Bang Chan, who also happened to be your boyfriend. The others knew, but no one else did.
The interviewer smiled and said they had prepared a loyalty test for everyone. The members reacted with groans and laughter while Felix joked that this would definitely cause trouble.
The questions began lightly, asking about who would share food or keep secrets, until the interviewer looked at Chan. “Bang Chan, if Y/N got offered a solo opportunity overseas but it meant leaving Stray Kids, would you tell them to go or stay?”
The room quieted a little. Chan smiled politely and thought for a moment before answering. “I’d tell them to go. If it’s something that would make them happy and help them grow, I’d be proud to support them.”
The others reacted loudly, joking and pretending to be shocked, but Chan only laughed and shook his head. You didn’t say anything, though you felt your chest tighten just a bit.
A few minutes later, the interviewer turned to you. “Y/N, if Bang Chan’s ex reached out to apologize and asked to meet him privately, would you let him go?”
The members shouted again, teasing and laughing. You kept your tone calm and said, “Yeah, I’d let him. If I can’t trust him, then there’s no point in being with him.”
The interviewer smiled and said you both seemed to have a strong relationship. Everyone laughed, and the interview moved on. While the others focused on the next question, Chan leaned slightly toward you and whispered, “Good answer.”
