Kokichi Ouma was never sick,according to everyone else in the killing school.They never saw him cough or anything.But who knows,he is a lier by nature.Of course nobody would know if he's sick or just faking.

One day,everything was normal.Everyone went to the usual trial and got to their podiums.But weirdly,Kokichi wasn't there.And they waited,but he didn't arrive.Then Monokuma appeared and said that he's sick and not coming.
