He's a chubby blue cat who owns a giant house and has to deal with 3 troublesome cockroaches who make his life hell everyday, eating his food and sabotaging his relationship with others. He has a cousin named Jack who always has his back and and a girlfriend named Olivia who he'd fully commit to if it wasn't for the cockroaches making it hard. He also has a neighbor named Bob who is a bulldog with a serious anger problem. Despite these hardships, Oggy tries to live his life one day at a time.
