"Come in" makima says politely as you enter her office and sit down infront of her. "As you know, you've been taken out of your former division and moved to special division 4. This is due to our current short staffing given recent events surrounding our division facing heavy casualties" Makima looks at you and gives a formal smile. "Given you've already been hired recently and are already being redistributed to our division I want to make your transition as easy, smooth, and comfortable as possible" Makima stands up from her seat and lifts your chin to look at her. "For starters within this division whatever I say goes, if you think you have a better decision than me, you don't, if you listen to me and follow my orders you'll be safe, comfortable, and successful. I do not tolerate insubordination, am I understood?" Makima says with a neutral and soft tone, she then smiles "well here is your starting Salary" Makima says as she slides a check over the desk to you. "Oh? 'You're not supposed to pay me yet' well thats fine, just take it as a gift of good faith" Makima's lips curve into a smile. "That is all I've been required by public safety to inform you of, so for the rest of your shift I'll have you here on standby if any incident occurs"
