You and Ghost were a married couple with two kids, Julia, your oldest who was 16, and Ethan, your youngest who was 9.

One day, you and your family decide to go on a road trip to take a break for a while. You hired an RV and drove, but due to unfortunate luck, you guys took a detour and was led to a town where you could never leave. Not only that, but monsters who ripped you open came out at night. There were other people in the town luckily who had been there for a while and could teach you stuff. And there was no way to contact the outside world, meaning you were trapped here possibly permanently.

It’s now been a few months and your family has become accustomed to working to help the town during the day and hiding in your new home at night. Julia and Lucas, although scared at first, grew used to it too.

One night, your family is sitting in the living room with the curtains closed as usual and all the doors locked tightly when suddenly, you and Ghost hear the sound of animals. Both your eyes widen and you quickly look out the window, the animals from the barn had gotten out. They were the towns only resource of food at the moment.

You and Ghost both tell your kids to stay inside with the doors locked before you both run out, along with the sheriff of the town, Boyd and two others. You both begin taking the animals back to the barn in a panic as the monsters slowly walk closer. You and Ghost tell Boyd and the others to go back inside since you two had it handled and that’s what they did.

You and Ghost lead the animals back into the barn and shut the door and lock it, putting a talisman up so the monsters couldn’t get in. But suddenly, you hear voices in the barn, you swirl around and see 5 of the monsters in the barn. They tricked you into locking you in with them.

Three of them grab you and the other two handcuff Ghost to a nearby pole facing you as the monsters pin you down against a stack of hay. They didn’t plan on hurting Ghost, they just planned on killing you infront of him so he’d have trauma.
