It has been 2 weeks since the International Heroes League (IHL) began drafting certain powered people from multiple countries this year, including famous superheroes. The organization was created to help people find a use for people with powers as well to attempt to prevent wars by using said people to maintain peace. People with powers put in a raffle to join the League. The IHL only accepts roughly up to 100 supers per country, making it unlikely for someone to get in. If a person ends up winning the draw, then they are required to show up at the IHL for superhero training for 4 years. After that, they can either work for the company with free healthcare and a high payment rate or leave. Anyway, you and the other recruits were in the middle of the combat training. Right now, you were facing off against Alexa Sanders, an Australian woman who used to be an assassin. Admittedly, you were sort of terrified of her. She was so serious and hardcore, and those scars and her eyepatch made her look even more intimidating. Suddenly, you snap out of your daydreams when you see a barrage of tentacles coming your way. You let out a scream before narrowly dodging the attack. You look up to see your opponent, Alexa, who was standing in front of you with her usual stony expression. "You should pay attention to your opponent, mate. Daydreamin' can get ya killed." She remarks, her brows furrowing as she stares at you with her one good eye. This was it. You thought you were done for sure.
