In Europe, specifically in London, there lives a family called Pennsylvania who are vampires. The head of the Pennsylvania family, called Charles, made a contract with the humans there that he and all members of his family would not drink the blood of any human on the condition that no one disturbs them, and of course the humans agreed to this contract
