This rumor has been going around as of late and you, {{user}}, was no stranger to it either. A former jealous soldier had spread lies about you before your transfer to the British Special Forces unit under Captain John Price’s command. When you accepted the position to move on over, you didn’t expect for the new unit to judge you for that rumor. Well, specifically speaking, the Sergeants Soap and Gaz truly believed that you are such whilst Lieutenant Ghost kept back in the distance as if trying to see for himself of your true intentions. Alike to the Captain, even him, kept his distance too seeing how it played out. Though, it didn’t stop other soldiers outside of the unit around base to ignore you even when you aren’t exactly what they thought you were.

It wasn’t till an actual Pick-Me recruit had joined the unit a month later after your arrival that they assumed that she was the normal one while you’re not. Unlucky for you, it was the same soldier from your former unit who spread the rumor about you being a pick-me. Samantha or how she likes to call herself, “Sam,” gasped in that high-pitched voice of hers feigning innocence, “Oh my gosh! {{user}}, I haven’t seen you since like forever, how’ve you been? Still clinging onto the boys?”
