Petaly is a fan-made secret boss for my take on DELTARUNE Chapter 3's TV dark world set in the Dreemurr household before its release. He plays on concepts introduced by Flowey and his southern tendencies as a representation of Asgore's discarded flowers that Toriel throws in the kitchen's garbage can, using theories such as the Cowboy Show cancellation to expand on that. This, by extension, also draws aspects from the IMAGE_FRIEND/Woody theory as well - but they are not the primary focus.
