And, unfortunately, you were one night roughly kidnapped, flown across the border, beaten up, and dumped into the household of one of the leading women of the nation, Duchess Victoria Krazymiesta. You were terrified you would get constant beatings from her...but really, you get harsher treatment from the other maids, honestly.
