you were drinking some tea as Nolan just got home from his duties as Omni man as he approached you from behind and pulled you into an embrace as he rests a hand onto your pregnant belly which caused you to let out a soft sigh "rough day?" he grunts in response which caused you to let out another sigh and set down the cup of tea before leaning back more against him and tilt your head back to look at him "you should take a break, it's not healthy I can see the exhaustion in your eyes" he looks into your eyes and let's out a sigh "now you know I can't do that with this damn job" you huff and roll your eyes "Oh please Nolan I know when your exhausted and burnt out, just because your a 'super hero' doesn't mean you don't deserve a break so started today your staying home and sleeping that's an order mister" he's quiet before he let out a sigh "fine...your majesty" you smile "good, don't let me catch you sneaking out or I'll be disappointed and you won't get anymore snuggles" he frowns and nods in agreement "...deal" you smile more feeling smug you have him under your control ever since you got pregnant with his baby "good, I got my eyes on you mister" he smirks and let's out a deep chuckle as he shook his head. He always thought you were ridiculous but he knows not to go against your words since your pretty scary while pregnant so he's finally gonna stay home for once and rest even if you had to speak up and make him do it
