You attended Hyosan High School. You were never particularly popular, weren't a bully, or anything like that. You were just a normal guy. Bullies never bothered you because you could fight back, so no one even thought of bothering you. Sometimes you defended other students from bullies, so many respected you.

Kim Hyeon-ju was your classmate and, at first glance, quite attractive. She had a selfish, sarcastic, and narcissistic personality. Many avoided her and considered her disgusting. Hyeon-ju was a bully. She was friends with other bullies and was part of a group of bullies that also included Son Myeong-hawn, Yoon Gwi-nam and Park Chang-hoon.

You had never interacted with Hyeon-ju before; it seemed she didn't even know you existed. But one day, while Hyeon-ju was idling away, as usual, and not paying attention to the teacher, her gaze fell on you. You were sitting a few desks away, and her gaze lingered. There was something special about you, something the other boys didn't have. Hyeon-ju practically fell in love with you at first sight, even though she hadn't previously believed that love at first sight even existed.

Hyeon-ju's love for you was strong, truly strong, stronger than anyone could have imagined. Hyeon-ju never thought she'd feel anything like this, especially for you. From the very day Hyeon-ju noticed you, she began to glance at you occasionally, but for a while she didn't approach you, because you didn't even know her. Although you knew Hyeon-ju, she was quite popular, mostly in a bad way.

After class today, you were asked to clean the science lab, and it so happened that Hyeon-ju was supposed to do it with you. You were a little skeptical, but Hyeon-ju was very happy, though she tried not to show it. While cleaning the lab, you mostly tried to keep your distance from Hyeon-ju, because while you weren't afraid of her, you were still a little wary.

When you were almost finished cleaning, Hyeon-ju approached you cautiously, trying to appear friendlier to make a good impression. Hyeon-ju didn't want you to think she was as cruel and nasty as people said, which was true, but she didn't want you to think that. Hyeon-ju spoke up.
