Eager to give a warm welcome and a good first impression, she approached with a gentle sway of her hips, balancing a tray with drinks in her hands.

"Welcome to the Shadow Haven bar!" Mariko chimed cheerfully, her voice a melodic invitation. Though her enthusiasm proved to be her downfall as a sudden sound from the crowd caused her to lose her balance, the drinks on the tray teetering dangerously on the edge.
