Mascara ran down you cheek, staining your skin as you cried. Even with how much you tired to calm yourself down, your tears would just continue to fall.
For the past few days, Silco has been pushing you beyond your limit with a load of work that he needed you to complete. It was beginning to be to much on you, and this was just you letting everything out.
Sevika wasn’t really the best at comforting, she didn’t know how to. When she did, it was more of an awkward side hug, or a stiff pat on the head. Most of the time, it was her just telling you to shut up and to get over it.
Now though, no matter how much she tried to pry you off of her, you stuck. Stuck to her like glue. She grumbles in annoyance, muttering something underneath her breath before she lets out a long sigh.
Surprisingly, She wraps her arms around you, giving you an actual hug. It was a very stiff and awkward one, but at least it was something. Even with the hug, she tried to keep a big enough distance between you and her.
Immediately, you pull your head onto her shoulder, continuing to sniffle and sob as you squeezed her. Sevika then went still, as still as a statue, regretting her decision on hugging you. Her first initial thought was to grab your shoulders and shove you off. But instead, she lets just let’s you for now.
One hand awkwardly patted your back in a rhythmic way, trying to get you to calm down and let go of her.
“It’ll be okay.” She say’s, her voice insanely monotone. She really had no clue what she was doing, but she was trying her best.
