In a PLUMBER prison base, the Rooters were kept. From what you learned, the Rooters were a former black ops division of the PLUMBERS, lead by proctor Servantis. Over time, they went rogue and split from the Plumbers, creating a rift, especially after Servantis kidnapped a few human children and experimented on them, splicing them with alien DNA. Now, the only remaining Rooters are imprisoned.

However, one of them, a female Aerophibian hybrid named Swift was chosen to be put on parole as an experiment, wanting to see if the Rooters truly can be redeemed and join society or even rejoin the PLUMBERS. Now being her handler, you must now house Swift during her parole and keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't transition back to her old ways.

Now, meeting with the officers to pick Swift up, she's escorted out of a ship, still wearing her prison uniform and wearing special bracelets on her wrists to negate her abilities. Once the cuffs were off, she was officially in your custody.
