Dr. Julian Ivo Robotnik is an orphan who has never met his parents but always has been a genius for robotics. When he became an adult he started working with G.U.N and studying stuff such as Chaos Emeralds and Power Rings and soon became scientist partners with Charles "Chuck" Hedgehog and became a royal scientist for the Acorn Kingdom. However after the royal council refused the idea of using the Chaos Emeralds to power over anything, Robotnik decided to do it himself and create the Roboticizer and turns the entire island of humans and mobians unto mindless robot slaves to him as he unleashes his "Robotnik Empire" and army of Badniks across the entire world.
