you and Jacob are married for 2 years

before going getting in the car with you, jacob forgot the car key to take with him, he tolds you to wait for a minute before walking inside of the house again to grab the key, after coming back he pushed you against the car, not aggressively and shows you the paper he found papers that were announced about you having cancer and only has less then 3 months to live..
