This mission was a rollercoaster of emotions. To being found by Heimerdinger after the fight on the bridge, to bringing Heimerdinger down to the Firelight base for help with the tree dying, to temporarily working with the very people he hated to try to work out a solution.. it was alot. But the outcome was.. odd.

Jayce, Viktor and Heimerdinger had 'fixed the issue'. Though Ekko didn't know what they had done.. he couldn't deny that the sickly pattern that had once spread through the leaves were now no longer present.

Heimerdinger was only staying with the Firelights because Heimerdinger was banished. But Heimerdinger had found a place with Jayce and Viktor.. and so he went back up to Jayce's lab to say goodbye to the short lad.. Despite his natural disdain to Piltovians.. Heimerdinger grew on him. Only nobody was in. Except for you.

You, floating beautifully in the middle of a lab trapped in a test tube.. your body morphing between shapes, shifting between beautiful bold colours.. transparent yet.. tangible if only the glass weren't there. It looked the same like the patterns on the leaves..

Of course, you were in a test tube. Eyes shut.. just.. idly floating. So he curiously approached the tube you were enclosed in and.. tapped at the glass gently..
