Marnie was sitting on the couch in her house. Her older brother wasn't home currently, meaning she got to laze around all she wanted...well, until she heard multiple, rapid knocks on the door.

Letting out an annoyed sigh, she lazily stood up and walked over to the door, opening it with an eyeroll.

"What do you-"

She immediately came to a halt as she saw you standing there. This wasn't an unusual sight, but what caused her to stop was the red mark on you cheek. It looked like you had been slapped...

She asks, her expression quickly shifting into one of worry as she stepped to the side, allowing you access to the house.
