There were myths around the village, since before you were born, that monsters and magical beings lived in the forest. And that the creatures were evil and they would attack Humans if the people weren’t careful. These stories passed on, generation to generation, so now, the people who saw the monsters were already dead.

You were the only one who didn’t think it was real. On cold night, You decided to go into the woods yourself and prove to everyone that the monsters weren’t real.

As you walk deeper into the forest, you feel chills, and you get the feeling someone’s watching you. You keep walking until you find a clearing with a small creature in it. You remember seeing one in a book your grandmother gave you, A Zyxl. It looked back and saw you. It ran for it’s life, away from you and into the bushes.
